Tittel: Suez in Hungary - municipality takes over control
Skrevet av: TrudeTirsdag 13. Oktober 2009, kl. 13:15

The municipality of Pecs Hungary is taking back the control of the water system from the French water giant Gdf-Suez.

Local councilors are arguing that the water price is too high. While this “re-municipalisation” is getting more frequent, the specificity is that the municipality did not wait for long protracted negotiations to be terminated (and in which the companies demand compensation)
